Jun 05, 2018

uniFLOW vs. PaperCut Print Management GuideGenesis Technologies, a leading provider of managed print services (MPS) and multi-function printers (MFPs) from HP, Canon, Kyocera, and Xerox, has been named a 2017 “Elite Dealer” by ENX magazine.

The award honors companies who exemplify excellence both in their business and customer service practices, as well as for the environment they create for their employees and support of their communities. The winners were profiled recently in the magazine.

Award Criteria

In naming Genesis Technologies to the 2017 list, the magazine cited the company’s competitive pricing, fully-optimized website, values-based culture and community involvement that includes sponsorship of programs that serve senior citizens, students and cancer patients.

The award also acknowledges the company's business success, noting that Genesis netted a “major score” in 2017, with a $1 million Canon copier deal for an educational institution.

“Through the years, Genesis Technologies has cultivated deep relationships with its clients and is entrusted to make decisions that are in their best interest,” the magazine reported.

Genesis Reaction

Genesis Technologies President and CEO Michael Kahn said the award was a reflection of the company’s commitment to business practices that put clients first.

“Our employees never forget that their highest priority is helping our clients be more productive.  It's the motivation behind every task, every sale and every service call,” he said. “This award, I think, is a testament to their efforts and I am honored on their behalf.”
